1st WOW moment!!
I just wanted to share something with you all. Today is my 33rd b-day
and I had my first of two WOW moments. I have been wanting to be out of the 190's so bad for my b-day. I weighed in this morning at 189.4. WOW!!! Then I checked my BMI and I am no longer obese, just overweight!! WOW again!! It seems so strange to say it but I could just cry. I can't believe that being called "overweight" would make me so happy.! Best of all, I went to San Francisco on the 21st to see my surgeon and he said all my lab work was great. He kept telling me how different I look now that I've lost the weight. He was very pleased with the results so far.
