How many daily calories?: 850-950 (some days I do eat 1,100 calories when I'm just hungry all day ... ) How much do you eat in one sitting?: 1 cup depending on how solid the food is How many times a day do you eat?: 5 (3 meals, 2 snacks) Which vitamins do you take daily and how many?: 2 Multivitamin and 2 Calcium pills (morning and evening) and 1 oz B-12 subliqual every other day How much protein per day?: 65-100 grams (1-2 protein shakes a day) How much carbs per day?: 40-60 grams How much water per day?: 64 - 80oz (drink mostly Chrystal Light and count my protein shake liquid towards water intake too)

How many daily calories?: Not really sure, but less than 900 How much do you eat in one sitting?: I can eat 1 salisburry steak, you know, the freezer queen size ones, and a half cup of mashed potatoes. How many times a day do you eat?: I have 3 meals a day and two snacks, snacks are either a yogurt, cheese stick, peaches, apple or a glass of CC Chocolate Milk...plus the milk counts as liquid intake 2 Which vitamins do you take daily and how many?: I take 1 sublingual b12, 1 viactiv calcium chew, 1 famotine (pepcid) perscribed by surgeon for one year to prevent ulcers, 1 womans once daily vitamin plus iron. How much protein per day? 60 grams, Doc recommended 45-50 How much carbs per day? less than 50 How much water per day?: 75 ounces Niesha 285/278/222/175 .............^........

Hi Marlize! Okay here goes! Don't judge me too harshly! I've been eating alot of take- out lately. I just haven't had time to go to the store or religously count all of my daily "requirements". How many daily calories?: I shoot for 800. That way I definately keep it under 1000. How much do you eat in one sitting?: Sit? I'm usually standing or driving or multi-tasking of some sort while I'm eating. I don't know-about 1/2 of a sandwich or a chunk of cheese. I always stop at the first sign of being full or I will How many times a day do you eat?:4-6 Which vitamins do you take daily and how many?:I like the liquid ones (multi-vitamin) that you put into your drink. They absorb into your system much faster and no chalky vitamin flavor. How much protein per day? 60-70 How much carbs per day? I can "legally" have 120. I don't have any problem meeting this daily minimum! Ha! mmm...Carbs...yummy! How much water per day?: A LOT! 64 oz at least. Once I hit this number for the day, I stop keeping track. ~C Leigh

How many daily calories?: I try to stay in the 800 area How much do you eat in one sitting?: As much as my tummy will hold which really isn't that much How many times a day do you eat?: 3 meals, 2 snacks Which vitamins do you take daily and how many?:2 multi with iron, 2 tums with calcium, 1 Prevacid for my stomach to line it and vitamin B shot once a month How much protein per day? not as much as I should How much carbs per day? not that much I really don't ea that many carbs , my stomach can't handle them for some reason How much water per day?: probably close to 100 oz. or more I'm tryint to do the best I can in writing down what I eat but sometimes I'm so busy I forget or just don't have the time.. Well I havent been doing as well as I could be. I have found that carbs and sugar dont seem to affect me. Im not sure if I should be overjoyed or bummed out . I just try not to endulge too much in anything.. but these holidays are killing me !!! How many daily calories?: 700-1000 How much do you eat in one sitting?: about a cup ... a little bit more if its really liquidly ( like soup) How many times a day do you eat?: 3x a day and 2 to 3 snacks. Which vitamins do you take daily and how many?: 2 chewable multi - 2 viactive calcum chews and 1 iron pill How much protein per day? Not enough between 35-70 - I can never seem to get it over 70 and thats w/ a protein shake. I dont tolerate meat very well, so .... How much carbs per day? Alot. My doctor isnt concerned about carbs as long as they are from whole grains, so they can be up in the 120's if I have raisin bran or a WW bagel/english muffin or if I have had a lot of beans that day. Its never less than 50 though All in all I have lost 73 lbs & Im a carb eater & not a high protein intaker... but I do exercise 4x a week w/ something cardiovascular such as : kick boxing, low impact or step aerobics, weight lifting, and the eliptical machine. How much water per day?: it stinks. Im sure I get in 64 oz of some sort of liquid, but that would include my hot tea, milk, and crystal light.

I thing theres days that I eat more carbs then I should. i'm working on that trust me! How much water per day? I drink about a half a two liter a day. but I have to tell you that I work out 3 times a week and my job is very physical I work 12 hour shifts and i'm constantly walking.I do cardio salsa one hour then I get on the glider for another 30 to 40 minutes. then I do sit ups. I really think that , thats the reason my intake is a little more then others. what do you guys think? does that sound normal to anyone? any advice would be greatly appreciated. thanks everyone i've also been doing the fitday thing for a good two weeks, that does help alot. maybe theres times I feel like i'm eating more. I don't know?

Mmmm, your intake sounds a little bit high although you do exercise alot which is really great!! Keep it up!! Personally I think once you reach goal, that would be a great calorie intake with the exercise to maintain. But to loose weight, I would lower just a little and watch the carb intake. I do notice when I eat a little more, let say 1,100-1,200 once a week (my hungry days), I do loose weight. I believe it lets my body realize I'm not in starvation mode and gets it reved up again. But if its more than once a week, I gain or keep steady! Other than that, I think you are doing good all in all. We can tell you what we think, but each of our bodies is different and what works for you wont necessarily work for me!!

Calories- It ranges from 700-950. I have hit 1000 a few times thought Amt of food in a sitting: It varies so much. I can generally eat 2-3 ounces of fish; 1-2 ounces of chicken; NO MEAT () and about 1/2 slice of bread or 1/4 C potatoes Meals per day: I shoot for 4-5-- 3 "big" 2 "little" Vitamins: Calciurm & D 600mg 2X; Iron 150mg 2X; Vitamin A 10,000IU; Centrum Performance Protein: 50 -70 grams Carbs: Not sure-- probably a bit too much Water: 6-8 glasses
