Miss me? Sorry it's been a While

Ok, sorry i have not updated in what seems like forever, but was actually two weeks ago, lol. I have been super busy volunteering at Battered Womans Shelter and going to school and working....so I have been at a stall for a while, I seem to be stuck between 220 and 223. I am sad that i have only lost 55 lbs since surgery and 64 lbs since my start. I need to get a work out routine down and i currently have not been doing that. I need to make time for me. So I think I will be getting up at 8 every morning and putting in my Taebo tape or doing cardio with Comcast on demand. I really need to take care of me and I can do that now cause school is over until January 20th and I am only going to be volunteering 4 hours a week now instead of the Ten i have been. Plus My job is 20 hours a week. I know that i am definatley getting in all my protein, but not nearly enouugh water. i seem to still have problems with 2% milk, so I just buy simpl smart now. and the chocolate carb countdown. I also have no sugar added juice that I limit to a glass a day, but crystal light just doesnt do it for me....any suggestions? Niesha 285/278/223/175 .............^........ PS. Hi Neisha, I know how hard it can be to get into a workout routine. I had my surgery on 07/27/05. And at first I wasn't really working out. The weight loss was slow. Then I started getting on my treadmill but soon got bored with that. Then I went with Walking with George Foreman. That is cool and can do it right in my living room. When I got bored with that I started walking my dog in the mornings. Here in Virginia the weather is now too cold to do that. You have to find something that works for you. NOW I go to the gym and take water areobics and I LOVE IT!! It is low impact and you don't even feel it. I have been going every weekday now for a week. I have lost 82 lbs todate but my doctor says that I should have lost more by now but I know that is because I wasn't exercising like I should. Hope you find what works for you!!!!
