Slippery Nipple no no

LAst night was my work XMAS party. .. I was able to drink two large Vodka and Teas and they went down well.. However, the slipper nipple shot ( baily's, kahlua, butterscoth liquor) nearly did me in.. I had my first brief encounter with dumping sydrome.. Got sweaty clammy and dizzy... LEFT IMMEDIATELY.. GOT HOME and spent a hour in the ladies room .. NOT PLEASANT... I do not reccommend slippery nipple for those who had WLS.. I am telling you - I felt like I was 20 and just drank a whole bottle of Mogan David wine. GOOD GRIEF = today was a pleasant day of rest.

Too funny, Pattiann. I drink buttershots with no problem (and peach schnapps). Slippery nipples are so good! I've also had no problem with Scotch and Drambuie but a Blue Hawaii left me feeling really blue (and it wasn't pretty coming back up).

Pattiann, you are so funny! you come up with the funniest things. When I go out and drink and its not alot. I drink BLOODY MARYS. I can't drink the sweet stuff.I probably drink about 5 times a year and thats only when I visit my sister in southern california. LOL PATTIANN

I have never had a slippery nipple and now I guess I won't! I acutally made the bartender make me a "sugarless" mojito at our party. He used Splenda and Diet Sprite and it was GOOOOOOOD.

Since surgery I'm a drinking light weight. One mixed drink does me in. If it is strong, I only drink half (or less). Not with the pukes, but with the impact from the alcohol. -Pam
