Update...
You are doing awesome Kimberly!
I think the back pain is from several things: shifting of gravity due to weight loss. You need to be sure to strengthen your abdominal muscles and lower back muscles. Things aren't where they were before, and the muscles and tendons are shifting to deal with that change. Strong core muscles will help alleviate problems; the pain can also can be from excess skin in front if you have it. Go to your PCP and document it so that if/when you try for reconstructive surgery you stand a better chance. Physical issues caused by excess skin is a debilitating issue that many insurance companies will cover repairs for.
Keep up the good work! Everyone is doing so GREAT! Even the slower losers *of which I am in the Queen's Court*

So good to hear from you. 154 is AWESOME... I am still trying tobreak into ONDERLAND.. A Size 14 though! sorry this time of year is sad. Try and enjoy it... Eating is the same for me.. I hardly eat- not hungry- try to eat protein though. Then some days I can eat a lot...and other days force myself. Getting compliments- still no nerve to post recent pic.
I am working a part time job in addition to full time.... and going to physical therapy for my knee...not excercising enough and also on a stall for almost 3 weeks...It is crazy.... Any whoo.. trying to get in to the holiday spirit and do what I can around the house. I have my mom and dad living with me... 77 years old! keep us posted and keep chin up and enjoy what you have now.
Love and hugs

Kim -
Sooo good to here from you. I understand the back pain thing as well. I literally could not stand up for two weeks. I had to take muscle relaxants. I had had back pain before the weight loss, but then it went away and came back. It still twinges a bit but it is much better. I think it may have something to do with our bodies readjusting.....
Anyway, great to hear from you and congrats on that 81 pounds gone forever .
Keep posting
hugs,
Andrea
