I am Freaking Out !!
I know we post that we stall . Ok now I have gained weight. I increased my protein, my excercise and water. I have been not only stalled(been the same weight since Nov,9) but have gained 2 pounds.
I just want to someone. What the F&^K is going on.
Have anyone else have this happen?
Any suggestions?

Pam - I hear ya! It's so frustrating and discouraging when these stalls / small gains happen, but remember, it's only temporary. Don't forget that both protein and exercise build muscle, and muscle weighs more than fat. Try taking your measurements (or just noticing if your clothes are looser). You may still be losing inches and getting smaller, even if the scale seems to be going the wrong way.
It could also just be another period of adjustment for your body before it decides, "OK, all is still well (we're not actually starving) - let's drop some more pounds." You sound like you're doin' everything right. Just keep it up and hang in there! I'll think happy thoughts for you!

Measurements babe MEASUREMENTS! You could be shrinking in size but have gained some muscle mass. All of a sudden POP the extra will fly off.

I lost and gained the same 4 lbs three times in three weeks. UGH...It was so frusterating!! Thanksgiving came along and for what ever reason, it broke my stall and I've lost 8 lbs since then. My point is that when your body decides that you are not starving it will give up the weight again. I'm sure that you will be rolling along very soon. Just hang in there!! I know it sucks!
