How MUCH are you eating?
I AGREE WITH ALL OF YOU , BUT THE ONLY THING THAT GETS ME THROUGH IS THE EXERSIZEING, IF I DIDN'T EXERSIZE I DON'T THINK THAT I WOULD OF LOST AS MUCH WEIGHT AS I HAVE. I TO EAT A LITTLE BIT MORE THEN BEFORE. SOMETIMES IT SCARY! BUT AS LONG AS I 'M EXERSIZING I FEEL GOOD.I WAS OUT OF TOWN FOR THANKSGIVING AND I DIDN'T EXERSIZE AS MUCH AND I DIDN'T LOSE ANY WEIGHT . THEN WHEN I GOT BACK HOME I STARTED MY EXERSIZING AGAIN AND LOST 3 LBS. WHEN I SEE THE WEIGHT COMING OF BECAUSE OF THE EXERSIZING IT REALLY MOTIVATES ME. WELL GOOD LUCK EVERYONE! TIME FORCONGRATS TO EVERONE!
