Hello, My name is Nora McCormick and I am having the same problem ... and I talked to one of the Doctors in the office that I work in, she said that you can buy Rogaine for women shampoo over the counter. I am hoping it will work, my hair is really long and was thick but it's getting redicilous now. GOOD LUCK! take care Nora

Taina, Wow -104!!! Let's here it! What is your secret? As far as the hair loss, join the crowd. It seems like we have all hit this point in our journey together. My hairdresser told me to take 1/4 cup mayo. and mix it with one raw egg. Put the mixture on my hair for 10 to 15 minutes. Shampoo and condition hair afterwards. Make sure you get in all your vitamins, protein, and water each day. I do not know for sure if this works but it is worth at least trying. Best Wishes, Sonya Sumrall

Sorry guys, as a retired hairstylist. There's nothing you can put ON your hair that's going to make much difference at this point. There's no conditioners, shampoos or creams that will stop this process. Your hair is fed by your blood stream, and during our first few months out, our bodies were in starvation mode. The best thing we can do is continue getting enough vitamins and protein. Biotin is important, but isn't going to make a noticable difference at this point. The good news is that by 6 months out, it should stop! Hope this helps, Kaitlain

Hi Taina! Wow, down 104lbs, that's fabulous!! Good job!! And good job on the new boyfriend and going to school! I have a lot of respect for folks going back to school. (My DH is one of them.) Sucks about the job, though. But if that gets you to school, then that's good! Sorry about the hair loss. Unfortunately I don't have any advice for you, as mine is coming out in handfuls! I have a few baldish spots, and it's not pretty!! Luckily, my hair is long and (was!) pretty thick. I can't wait til this phase is over!! Take care!! Sounds like your life is on an upward swing. That's so cool! Lisa 360/345/242/160
