4 month photo udate!

Hi Everyone! Haven't posted in awhile, but I wanted to share an update! Since July 26th I have lost a total of 77 lbs!! So, I updated my profile photo, you can see the before photo on my profile! My first goal will be to get to the century mark on Christmas Day. But either way it has been the best gift for me! Everyone have a great Thanksgiving! Love Jennifer Uzarski

Hello Jennifer I'm new here but wanted to say you go girl my surgery date was 7/11/05 and to date i have lost only 51#. Could you please tell e what are you doing to speed the weight loss up. Do you excercise, drink alot o f water, because right now i do neither because i still have not got the energy yet. Do any one have the secret to this quick weight loss? Happy Thanksgiving to all!
