A most rewarding WOW moment!!
Hi Everyone~
I just had to share my recent WOW moment because it was soooooooo cool. I was at the mall the other day and ran into 2 sisters that I graduated high school with. Their mom was also with them and I knew her quite well too. When the first sister saw me in my new jeans and form fitting sweater, she walked over to me and said.."OH MY GOD, what have you been doing??? You look terrific!" About then the other sister walked over and if looks could speak she was saying about a thousand words a minute!! Then the mom spotted us and walked over. Her mouth literally was wide open and she was speechless. When she was able to talk she wanted to know how I had done this and all the while all three of them kept telling me how great I looked. The mom, who has known me since I was very young said that if her daughter had not been talking to me she wouldn't have even recognized me! So as you might imagine, I was VERY happy with all this! Then the next day one of the sisters emailed me with the subject line................."One hot mama!!" She then went on to again over and over tell me how great I looked!!!! It is just amazing how that never gets old!!!!
Sorry to be so long winded but, I was a little down this week as I didn't lose any weight!
Thinking back on this encounter and sharing it with you all has made me feel sooooooo much better!!!!! Thank you all for listening to me ramble!

How exciting, I bet you are just on top of the world. I have yet to have an experience like that. I have lost 66 pounds and have had absolutely no response like that from anyone, it's like noone notices when I see them for the first time in awhile. You should be very proud of yourself. Great job!!!
