Lost 3 pounds this week. Down 78 pounds. I'm so happy!!

This must have been the week for movement. My scale finally moved too. I lost 3 pounds this week. Janice E 260/194/145 down 66 pounds.

Hey all, I've had a really rough week. Had my mom in the hospital, having surgery etc, and just nibbling on whatever I could find the time to grab. Imagine my surprise when I got on the scales this morning, and I'm down FOUR pounds! Woo Hoo! Pre Op: 250 Today: 186 Total pounds lost: 64 Kaitlain

Post-Op: 336 Today: 223 Total Loss: 113 **Surgery Date on 6/5/2005**

OMG - I am always amazed when I step on the scales. Pre-Op: 262 Day of Surgery: 253 Today: 196 Total lost is 66 pounds...........I am just so overwhelmed......I haven't weighed this since before I was pregnant with my daughter and she's 22 years old now. Life is so good. Even when it's bad, it's good.
