update

i can't believe how much has changed since July 20th (my surgery date). I've lost 107lbs, i'm active and mobile again, i'm off all my medications (pain killers, anti-anxiety pills, muscle relaxers, blood pressure pills and prevacid) i'm moving from florida to michigan and i'm in love with a kind, sensitive, intelligent, beautiful woman who thinks i'm wonderful. Life is good.

Hey Jay....make sure you bring plenty of warm clothes with you...Michigan winters get COLD!!! Lake effect snow hit us yesterday...brrr that wind is chilly! I wish you and your girlfriend the best of luck. Mandie

I don't know the area that well yet, i was only up there ten days (just got back two days ago). i'm off 13 Mile and Dequindre. Where's Roseville? Ya know of any good support groups around the area? I need to find a support group. I keep reading that people who attend support groups do much better at their weight loss.

Roseville is about 4 or 5 miles to the east of Madison Hgts. I live in the 10 Mile and I-94 area. You would be more than welcome to attend the Liv-Lite support group meetings that I go to. We meet once a month at Bi-County Hospital which is at 10 Mile and Schoenner Rd. Our next meeting is on Dec. 14 at 6:30 pm and runs to 8:00.
