TURKEY DAY WORRIES

Hi guys, well I have been invited to my new fella's house for their BIG TURKEY DAY FAMILY THANG. Needless to say I am VERY NERVOUS... I have met his parents, who are lovely but do not know all the rest of the HUGE family. It feels so weird. I haven't dated in 28 years and I am terrified of this event. And to top it off, I don't want to offend them by only eating 3 -4 bites and they think I don't enjoy their food. Danny and his parent's know about the surgery but I don't know if it makes for good Thanksgiving table chit chat. GOsh life was much easier single. LOL Sue 273/261/183/150

Sue, Don't worry that they will judge you or anything. Plus if you're talking, and moving the food around on your plate you may not have to deal with it. Maybe your beau has already told his family about your situation. Either way just put a little more food on your plate and mix it all up they won't notice you didn't eat very much. Good Luck Heather

Take a little bit on your plate... eat some...pu**** around. Put your fork down between bites. No one will notice! If someone does ask if everything is ok...say something on the order of "Oh it is wonderful! I just don't have an appetite big enough to really appreciate all of it! THank you!" It will be fine! Go! Enjoy! Food is only part of the celebration..it is the people that are the heart of it. Kathie 285/272/**224***/150ish???
