Oh geez. I know exactly what you mean. I am grzing but I am so DARN HUNGRY! I had 3 protein drinks today, crackers, cereal, almonds, a TON of water and decaf tea and dinner is calling. I WISH I had a really easy really good diet to follow every darn day. Does anyone have one that is a.) vegetarian and b.) tasty? HELP!!!!!!!!!

I know, I've had to log in a couple times today and when you have to relog in, it will take you to the main post not the post you are replying to. I hope they get that fixed. Thanks for your response, I don't have an answer for you, but I do like the additional protein shakes. I need to find another combination I like so I don't get sick of what I drink. Orange Juice Frozen Strawberries SF Strawberry Syrup Ice Vanilla Protein Powder Blend. OH SO YUMMY!

I know I am hungry when I wasn't so before. It is almost like food is on my mind all the time lately. I need to make a plan and stick with it. Unfortunately I am not filling up as before. Pam W

Be careful with the protein drinks. My nutritionist told me that they prefer us to stay away from them now (at my three month checkup) and get our protein from real food. He said protein drinks won't give you a lasting fullness food will and they are a lot of calories. Just passing this on....... Pam W

Nan, Have you recently become a vegetarian (or a vegetabletarian as my son says)? I have lost all desire for meats. They don't give me trouble, I just don't want to eat them. I was wondering if this was your experience also, or if you were a vegetarian to begin with. Anyone else lost their appetite for meat? C Leigh

No - been a vegetarian all my llife! I'm Indian - (as from India) - and my parents never made meat at home, so I never really ate it... I don't have a problem with it I make chicken etc. for my family - I just don't have the desire to eat it. Kinda hard to stop drinking protein drinks now!

C Leigh ~ I have very little desire for most meat. We go out for lunch every day and I just have to pick what sounds the "least unpleasant". Most of the time (75%), I have little to no desire to eat and eat only because I know I have to. Meat doesn't give me any trouble; but I just don't care for it much. Maria
