Ok now what?
Have a question for you July type folks like me. I ate a large Wendy's chili for lunch. Now per the website that is like 330 cals 25g protein. But its 12oz..isnt that too much? I didnt realize I had eaten it all until it was gone..you know talking at lunch with co workers etc...should I be worried that I dont feel over full etc? I just dont want to stretch mr pouch or make him mad in anyway...

I think it depends on how long it took you to eat the whole thing at one sitting. I still can't eat a whole (small) chili in say 1/2 hour. but if we're talking over an hour's period it makes sense. Chili is mostly liquid once you chew it down. For the most part it's going to pass right through your stomach. I would be concerned if you could eat that much of something more solid, like a eggs, sausage, steak or chicken or something.
Hang in there, and next time, just order a small.
