16 weeks post op

Well I went for my 16 week check up. I have gone from 226 to 163 & I have posted some before and after pictures ( not the greatest.. but you get an idea). I had no idea I was that cubby ! Ack !!! Congratulations girl!! You look great. 63LBS in 4 mos is a great accomplishment. You have a beautiful little girl. I weighed yesterday and have lost 77lbs. You are right, this surgery is amazing. It has allowed me to accomplish things I never could have on my own. Keep up the good work.
