Cravings
I've had more cravings lately and am wondering what I can do to push them away. It seems to be carb type of cravings. I'll be going by the kitchen and want a handful of something (sweet cereal, crackers, bread). they are calling my name again. I hope this is just temporary and will pass but it is really scary. I am having to work really hard today to stay on my target plan.
Food seems to be on my mind a lot of the time. Any ideas? Anyone else going through this?
Oh, also, I am sleepy a lot lately.
