Depression...

Oh MY ... Not Kimme Grimme.... I am so sorry you feel the yucks... I am not depressed been on antidepressants so long! I believe they helped me get my weight up as far as it did. EFFEXOR RX- my drug that keeps me smiling.. I do KNOW that my period IS WORSE THAN EVER> HEAVY and yes I am a major mush mellon just before. I also get very nervous and my trust level goes down with people. Not to mention the very little patience I have with those around me. Any whoo- You have stress baby!!!!!!!!-Who is the family and how long they staying? That can add a lot to you and can drain you. > You have had MAJOR SURGERY not to mention personnel adjustments you have achieved. Too boot additional family members- holiday season stress.. WHat next a "period"!!!!!!!!!!!! So much for the routine.... You need some Kim time pampering... Alone time- bath and beauty - excercise and shopping!!! Even window shopping. I think it is NORMAL - sad but true. This is supposed to be about us time. I probably would take in two families if I needed too... Short temper- blow ups - so what... they too shall pass. ANyone who has communicated with you knows- your upbeat and fun.... We are here with many many hugs.... Humor helps... I have a brother who came home from vacation and has not left me- that was two years ago.. And my mom and dad came back to me after being happily retired in FLa for 18 years.... I understand the feelings your having. My solitude and peaceful happy home has become a domain for the pleasantly confused and the one 42 year old brother still trying to find himself. I have a dog that he brought along that is disabled- she has to be helped up and down stairs and in and out of the house. My dad shops daily at ALdi's and he and mom go out to eat every day.. I have so much in my freezer and fridge- no one cooks- I certainly cannot eat like I used to... My last blow up was PLEASE STOP THE SHOPPING and START COOKING!!! Little did I know the trip to ALDI's was my dads way of escape. I think I tainted the 77 year old--- he said he feels guilty now to shop. I love them to bunches and would miss them terribly every day is a blessing- but the blessing is overwhelming at times... Hang in there !!! Smile- the weight keeps coming off regardless..
