Trouble eating
Ugh ohhhh
I have not been following the 3 meal or 6 meal plan.
I have been BAD all week.
Just lost appetite completely and cannot get in as much as I have.
This week will definitely work hard to get back on track. I was so busy doing things and so full of energy- Forgot to eat!!! NEVER In my wildest dreams would have thought this could happen...
I have packed- protein bars- powder and boiled eggs... for work this week. Will work hard on behaving...
