74 lbs is a lot to be proud of ! Ive lost 62 so far. I didnt lose anything for 3 weeks and one weekend ( when Aunt Flo came to visit) ... I lost 7 lbs.. go figure... Im up 2 lbs right now though.../sigh Here is what Im eating. I still can not tolerate meat except some ground beef in chili ( grd. turkey/chicken has a smell that makes me want to ) Breakfast : usally eat one of the following : 1/2 mini bagel w/ cream cheese, 3/4 cup of rasin bran, unjury protein shake w/ 1/4 banana, on occassion eggs, turkey bacon, whole wheat toast, grits, 1/4 to 1/2 protein bar by South Beach Lunch: One of the following Different soups/chili/stews, salads, veggies, no sandwiches yet, yougurt, 1/2 protein bar, fruit, maybe some crackers Dinner: About the same for lunch... nothing too heavy... I eat tons of soup. I can eat a little beef, but as I mentioned above, most meat, cheese, and eggs leave me nausated ... They did before surgery too.. guess thats why I could never do Adkins ! Youre doing great... keep up the good work !

My weight loss has been the same. Seems like every two weeks is when the scale moves. More protein - more liquid more excercise is what I am told to break the plateau...

Thanks everyone. I really need to work on my protein intake. But sometimes I just feel like it is all too hard. This morning I had a glass of 1% milk so far. My big problem is wanting to snack instead of eat a meal. I just need a kick in the a** to get me back into the habit I guess. Good luck to everyone we all should be very proud of ourselves.
