scaled moved to WOW
Hi all
For a while I felt like I was not moving the scale enough. I have been really trying to get all the protein and liquid in. Most days I can only get about 50/50 in. The past month- the scale moved wonders... I am 202 as of this morning and it is that time of the month.
Now I am nervous it going to fast.. OMG just no pleasing...
ANywhoo the scale moved more than 2.5 pounds.
So keep positive IT DOES HAPPEN.
I am eating. Very small amts but I do have coffee for breakfast with either a muffin, bagel or southbeach diet cinamon creme bar.
or hard boiled egg.
Lunch is usually Ramen pride soup with a egg cooked in it or a salad.
Dinner is either shrimp- crab - chicken - hamburger- steak and then a taste of vegetables..
The only thing different I have done is eat popcorn as night snack or cashews...and believe me it moves everything out of me...
Any feedback appreciated...
I do not tolerate bread or pasta well at all.. Those were my favorites too.
Go figure...
