I am ... I was loosing slowly but surely, now I'm just standing still!! Oh well ... we just gotta hang in there and make it work ...

Maybe yours will start moving again! I have times with little movement and then I'll go to the Y or eat differently and it will move a LITTLE Yes we must hang in there.. Take care! Pam

when did you have your surgery? Mine was 7/26/05 and as of this morning I was down 48 pounds.. but hey slow and steady wins the race,right?

My surgery was 7/20. OH, what I would give to get up to 48! I lost about a pound a week this last month so it will take me two months to get to 48. Hopefully, I will get there and farther!! Pam

I had my surgery July 29th and have lost 52 pounds so far. I too feel it is slow but my Dr. said that I am doing fine and two pounds a week is the goal to lose. But I also am eating most foods without any problems... Good Luck, we'll get there eventually!! Jo

ME! (raises hand) Preop I was 285 Day of surgery I was 272 I am at 224 right now So that makes from day of surgery that I have lost 45 lbs... So it isn't just you..and I WOULD do it again in a heartbeat. I have NO DOUBT that I will get to goal. I believe that because I am losing slowly that I will continue to lose. My body has always SUCKED at losing, so I am not surprised. BUT I will not despair..I AM LOSING and will continue to do so! Kathie 285/272/**224***/150ish???
