I had chicken teriyaki ...

Thanks Kathie, Yeah, I heard the sauce has alot of sugars in it ... luckily I only pour a little on it seperately, or I ask for the sauce on the side so I can dip my fork in it. I have had no dumping ... so that is good!! Told my hubby we should make this a bi-weekly date with teriyaki and next time I'm just gonna share a meal with him since I ate the whole weekend on the one serving they gave me. It was really really good though ... yummy!!
