I don't have weird craving since surgery but I did want to suggest that if you do have crackers then try goldfish.. They will give you that crunch you are looking for and are low in calories and fat compared to other crackers or chips plus they have 4 grams of protein if you get the chedder ones! I also have been craving salty and crunchy. Almonds worked for a while . They have protein but they were addicting. I have tried fried pork rinds which have no carbs and protein. That worked for me.
I am afraid if I have one chip l I will eat the whole bag.
They created bet you can't eat just one just for me.
