Wednesday weigh in
Good for you for not getting bummed about it! I swear, I am beginning to think that in the first 6 months you have NO control over the amount of weight that you lose- your body is just going to lose at the rate it wants to no matter what you do. So why worry? (I know, easier said than done and I am one of the biggest complainers of "losing slowly") Sometimes I'll get a glimpse of myself in the mirror and think I'm wasting away to nothing pretty quickly-- so I have no complaints. Today at least.
Way to go Tammy! *takes a sip of water* Drinking water has been SO hard for me. It sits funny in my pouch and feels odd. I am trying to MAKE myself drink it. It is so much easier to drink hot tea or Propel...or even Sunrise Crystal Lite. I KNOW it is better to drink the water but man why does it feel so funky? *pulls a face* It doesn't taste bad, it just feels really weird inside when I drink it. If I had to do it ONCE a day it would be one thing, but 4 big bottles of water. Oy. *whine*
Anywho, I am trying to up my water intake because I have not been good about it recently, and tonight I am going to the gym to swim, do the tredmill and the weight circuit.
Oh man..I just realized I have no idea if my bathing suit even comes close to fitting! EEEKKKK. lol

I am proud of you for not getting bummed. I have been up and down for the past 2 weeks. What can I say I am a regular yo yo.
I drink at least 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 liters of water every day.
I get in between 60-100 grams of protein
I excercise 3 to 5 times a week
What the heck else can I do?
NOTHING.
I find it rather amusing. My DH and I have this thing going on. No matter what I weigh he weighs less. I am anxiously looking forward to the day that I have left him in the dust. This week went like this I weighed 185 he weighed 180 I weighed 187 he weighed 182 I weighed 183 he weighed 178. You see I can't win LOL.
Keep up to good work girls
hugs
Pam
