Who gave in to temptation?
Well.... I have to confess. Me!
It didn't bother me at all when I had it in the house pre-halloween. (bought for the trick or treaters). But the night of halloween when I sorted through my kids candy it was driving me nuts. Just the smell alone made me want it. Plus the sight of favorite candy too.
But I had resisted. Until today. I came home feeling really upset about something at work. And there it was right in front of me.. Two HUGE bags of candy.
So I took out a minature reeses cup. And at first I just smelled it. Then I went online to see how many grams of sugar. Then I ate it. (It only had 3 grams of sugar...can you believe it?!?!)
I was really sad that I didn't feel bad afterwards too. (I wanted to feel bad...because I hate dumping and I know I would do anything to avoid it!) BUt the good news is. I have been SO good about avoiding sugar that it actually tasted too sweet. (like syrup...which even as a major sugar addict I never liked syrup.) And it tasted oily to me too. So yuck. I am not even tempted to eat another! YEAH !!!!!!
