I have been on one hell of a platuae ! I have lost all of 2 lbs since the weekend of the 15th of October. Today I am 1 lb lighter /cry !! But I guess a lb is a lb. Surgery 226 Today 169 Total Lost 57lbs God I hope I get back to those 3lbs weeks one of these days !!! Hugs~ Aly
