What's everybody eating?????
I am really trying to avoid refined carbs, and limiting my carbs because they are a trigger for cravings for me.
I eat PB with apples or Wheat Thin Chips; beef stewl; 1/2 of an apple with cheese; meatballs with sauce; steak; marinated chicken or steak cooked in a pressure cooker; pork chops tonight with spinach and a spoonful of corn; salad with steak or chicken on it; lentil soup; crustless quiche; neams of every sort; vegetarian bean burgers; umm trying to think... tuna; once every two weeks I might have macaroni and beef; roast beef for supper last night with a bit of mashed taters....basically I have a bit of everything! I am going to make chili tomorrow night. I have been craving it ALL week! lol
I do a bit of some sort of carbs every day or I get REALLY foggy headed. Carbs are brain food, but I only have them with protein and I am avoiding the white carbs for the most part. I might have potatoes in a bit of stew or with meat once or twice a week. Of course I am not eating much at any one time. Soupy stuff is on the order of half to 3/4 cups. Dense stuff is 1/4 to 1/2 cup AT MOST. Rare if ever dense stuff approaching 1/2 cup.
