How is the hairloss going? What are you doing to help minimize it? Mine is doing okay I guess. I know that its not ALL gonna fall out but some days I have doubts! LOL I notice it a lot when I wash my hair and rinse and when I run my fingers through my hair. I am taking 3000 mg of Biotin and trying to always get my protien in. I will be glad when its over!

Hi my hair loss is a lot too. Thank God I had full hair. I try and keep it up in a pony tail so I do not need to bru**** throught out the day. If I do not have to go anywhere one day I do not wa**** either. I am not taking any biotin although I bought it, I have heard so many times it does not really help. I am hoping that this stops soon otherwise I am going to turn into my brother always wearing a ball cap to hide my baldness.

I have not really had any hair loss... I have a couple of strands that fall out throughout the day that I never really noticed before, so other than that, I havent lost any...... thank the good Lord...

My hair loss is pretty bad at the moment. I even cut my almost waist length hair to my shoulders. Thank goodness my hair is thick. Taking the Biotin too. Anyone know the proper dosage? I read somewhere else that it also from low protein. I always get at least 60grams plus in a day. Maybe I need more? Hope I do not go bald I do not think it looks to good on me hugs Pam

I love your response. I read it to my husband and he has been laughing for 1/2 hour. He says you hit the nail on the head!! All of us agonized over all of the things we had to do to get to this point - classes, exercise, insurance, doctor's appointments, psych evals, etc .. and all of us got what we wanted so badly. But isn't it great to have dropped the weight!?!?!?!?!? Shellie

*snicker snort* I do notice the booty being a bit flatter. I plan to start doing the stair step machine at the gym. Baby wants BACK! *G* WIll you hate me if I say that I haven't lost much of anything in my cup size yet? DANG give to the needy...I am not greedy! THough I am quite afraid where the DDs might go if they start to deflate. My surgeon says his patients say they start with 44DDs and end up with 36 longs. :D Kathie

I think I'm doing OK. I am not noticing any bald spot or anything, just lots of strands falling out when I brush and shampoo. I've heard that basically there is not much you can do about it. Some people swear by biotin and protein, but I've known people who did it all and still lost a lot of hair. SO.... I'm not stressin' over it. I do have really thin hair to begin with - so I guess I'm just kinda screwed all the way around. LOL HUGS K

Like K, I was blessed with thin hair also. So why sweat it now. I try to only think about it when I wash my hair. I look at as if it gets so thin I need a wig, then I will have the thick hair I have never had. I heard most hair loss is only for a few months. Then it will eventually grow back. But guess what. I have been overweight all my life. I will sacrifice the hair for a time frame to ensure better health for the rest of my life. Try to always focus on the positives. Size 26-28 to an 18 in a little over 3 mos. WOW! That is what I like to think about.
