Embarassed to go to the GYM
You know what I did - I started out on the treadmill. The most important thing is getting moving. Start at a level you feel comfortable ... nothing too easy, but nothing that will wind you. Also find your target heart rate for the fat burning or cadio range and adjust the speed to that.
Also see if they have any toning classes - I know Bally's does.. its called power flex and its all toning... thats where I get it. If you dont feel comfortable at the gym doing the weights... get a video... I also would start out w/ some sit ups...Just enough that you feel comfortable w/.
Youll be amazed at how wonderful you will feel. It wont take you long at all before you will have to start raising yoru speed or incline.
