3-month check-up

I had my 3 month check-up today...Here is the info: My B12 is 315..nutritionist would like it to be around 500 so I need to go to Wally World and get "Spring Valley" B12 sublingual....Right now it is in the normal range but she doesn't want it to get any lower. The reference Range is 211-911 Iron not so good the reference range for this is 28-170 and mine is right at 28 ...SO... I have to make sure and eat some type of meat everyday and take the iron pill when I eat the meat, better absorption. Cholesterol reference range is 112-199 and ........TADAH....mine is 168...WHEW...My cholesterol used to be dangerously high....over 250 last I remember. Total Protein reference range is 6.1-7.9 Mine is only 5.8 so I need to make sure and get all protein in. Dr. Pop also wants me to take calcium citrate. My calcium is 8.6 and the reference range is 8.4-10.2 again right on the borderline.. All of my "Routine Hematology Results" section is low, but I assume that is because of the low iron count. I have always had problems with iron. My official weight......HA HA HA......you have to "WEIGHT" 'TIL SUNDAY!!!!!! Later. Mandie P.S. Good job Mandie ... sounds like you need to work on upping some of those levels, good luck. I bought the Natural Bounty B-12 complex (at drugstore.com) which is liquid under the tongue and it worked great for me. They actually told me it was too high, couldnt hurt me but had to change from everyday to every other day. N e ways, I think you look beautiful ... no pumpkins on this board!! BTW, that sunset is absolutely gorgeous ... Marlize

Yeah..I'm not suprised about it though...iron-protein and calcium OH MY! You must not have looked at the picture of me and Dr. Pop!!! I LOOK LIKE A JACK-O-LANTERN!!....But that's ok, come a years time when I go back for my next check up I will look even that much better! I didn't even touch up the picture of the sunset...just B-E-A-U-TIFUL isn't it. You should have seen the glow it gave off to all the different color of leaves in the trees. The land was shimmering.... I love the changing Fall colors! This is my favorite time of year!.... Remember back in the summer when I talked about catching lightning bugs with my son and some people responded that they don't have any in their part of the country.....I wonder if other states have the same type of Fall effect? Leaves changing, frost on trees in morning, sometimes even ice forming on trees and making them look so heavy they could almost touch the ground. Just wondering..... Mandie

LOL ... I did see that pic ... your way to harsh on yourself!! I love fall, especially being back here in Washington. The colors are so amazingly beautiful ... its so breathtaking, we didnt have that in Southern California cuz of the smog and it was always warm. The sunrises are beautiful though ... but not like the ones here!

I have never been on that side of the country. I have only been in Michigan, Indiana, Illinois, Ohio, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and in Washington DC...been there twice! I need to get out more. I have only lived in Michigan. Mandie
