Official "Meet and Greet"

Hey there! Great idea by the way! I'm Kaitlain, 46 years old, living in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. I'm married to the most adorable guy (my own personal version of Sam Elliott, including the voice!). I work for a medical billing company. We do the billing for emergency room doctors for hospitals across the country. It can be a bit stressful, but most of the time I love what I do and the people that I work with. My daughter, Beth is 26 years old, married and the mother of my 3 glorious grandchildren Brannen David age 5, Hunter Michael age 3, and Kailyn Rebecca age 8 months. My son Nick is 12 and in the throwes to pre-adolescence...makes me crazy, makes me happy, and keeps me on my toes. I also take care of my handicapped mom, and am "mom" to 3 furbabies, Murphy who's a 15 year old Tibetan Spaniel mix, Molly Madison who's a Boston Terrier, and my baby Maggie May who's a Shar Pei/yellow lab mix.

Hi, I'm Jay. I'm originally from NYC then upstate NY and now live in south florida. i've spent some time living in Israel and New Zealand as well. i'm a computer tech who does hardware and tech support. i'm in love with my soul mate whom i met right here on Obesity Help and am extremely grateful for her presense in my life. I'm into politics, music, books (mostly geeky SF novels), indie movies, and various other stuff that would probably have me labeled as geek or egghead and yet i wouldn't have it any other way. i'm a real believer in saying what i feel and not being scared of what others will think of me. i try hard to stand up for my beliefs and i'm very passionate and emotional about my beliefs so i can tend to cause discomfort to people who believe in keeping your thoughts and emotions to yourself (i've met a LOT of those on these boards.) oh yeah, i've lost 90lbs since my surgery on July 20th of this year and i'm looking forward to losing another 110-140lbs. and it's been nice getting to know y'all.

Marlize-- great idea! I'm Sally, and I live in Newbury Park, CA, a tiny suburb of Thousand Oaks, about an hour north of Los Angeles. I'm an elementary school teacher, and another teacher at our school had WLS in July, too! I'm married to Richard, the most romantic guy on the planet, and have two teenage daughters. Amy is a senior in high school, and Becky has moved away to college. My biggest weight loss goal is to go hiking with them someday. We own three cats, so the pet theme continues. I'm really enjoying reading about you all!

I am Kathie, from Harford County, Maryland. We live in the country-ish area in an almost 240 year old house. I have been married to my husband Michael for 15 years and we have one 10 1/2 year old daughter and two crazy Keeshonden *furry grey dogs that are more people than dog*. I homeschool my daughter, am a photographer, sing on the Worship Team at my church, love to do stuff with computers, teach art to kids at times, love to garden and grow herbs *legal kind ;) *....
