Ok here goes...the recipe for DaBomb Protein Shake: 8 oz fat free milk (8g protein) or Carb Countdown 1/2 Banana 2 TBSP. Natural Peanut Butter (8g protein) Squirt of sugar free chocolate syrup 1 Scoop Tasteless or Vanilla Protein (mine has 20g protein per scoop) Grand total of 36g protein in one drink! Mix it all in a blender with a little ice and voila....you have an ice cream shake! I swear it tastes like you went to an ice cream stand and got a mixed shake. Nickie
