Im hungry

for some reason... this has been the 1st week that I really have felt hungry. Since my surgery, I ate because I had to and not necessary because I was overly hungry. Anyone else out there getting their hunger back ? Aly

Yep, I just posted on the main message board too ... this whole weekend I was just hungry ALL the time!!

This is the most I've eaten since the sugery, I think I consumed about 1,000 to 1,200 calories which is way above what I'm supposed to eat 700-800 calories. I'm downsizing this week though and sticking to my portions, but somedays, I'm just hungry, hungry, hungry!!! Marlize
