ABDOMINAL FAT....
Hello All....
Happy Friday!
I was just wondering is it me or is the abdominal fat the last to go or should I say the slowest to go, I still when I look down at the scale still see way to much of it. I dont have my little shelf anymore but it still pooches out. Okay Hope everyone has a good day (or maybe I have had way to much coffie this morning and really shouldnt worry about this LOL)

Every time I see that commercial on TV about cortisol....I understand why the tummy is so hard to lose. I have lost my ass- my boobs have shrunk... My legs look the best ever with the exception of some swelling on my knee from a fall. My face has thinned out- my arms have thinned out... I CAN EVEN SEE BONES in my ankles...I am waiting to unveil the six pack some day... May take a while.....
The tummy is the hardest- per the commercial stress causes a rise in cortisol - cortisol in turn keeps a hold of the fat... Jeeze l need to throw my STRESS to the wind and lose that tummy.
I dont know for most people but for me that's where I loose my weight last.
Last time I lost all my weight I was 10lbs away from my goal weight but still had a bit of a pouch, and I was doing a 100 situps a day ...
I have to say though that I had a c-section because of a tumor I had on one of my ovaries, and they said because of that I will always have a pouch because they cut through my muscles.
Can you say plastic surgery ??????
