Fat Grams
This is something you should make sure and check with your nutritionist/doctor. Everyone varies a little for fat grams whearas sugar should be only 2 grams or less of added sugar per serving for all of us (other than natural sugars that is). I am allowed up to 12 grams of fat per serving but I am suppose to stay between 28-46 per day. My own personal limit is no more than 7-9 grams of fat per serving so I can make sure to stay within my limits. Most of the time I chose foods that are way less than the 7 grams.

MY doc agreed aI can do the 50/50 since I have such a hard time getting everything in. Never mentioned fat grams.. I just try to to stay away.
I have to eat protein and drink liquids to the best I can... I am never hungry - could go for days I feel just drinking...
BE careful remember what we are putting in we are not absorbing fully so every bite should count as a nutrient we need.
I know it is difficult I have a hard time..
