3 month app....down 65!!!

Hi All, Just had my 3 month appointment today! I am down 65 lbs since July 19th. I wasn't too thrilled seeing it on my own scale, but seeing it at the doctor's really helped me! I still have a lonnnnnnnnnnnnnng way to go..but this is a good start. My BMI went from 58 to 48! Yippie!!\ Hugs and thanks, El
