Does everyone around u seem to eat like a pig????

Hi Everyone... I am having this problem... Every time I am around people, I find I am watching them eat... It is making me SICK!! I feel like these people are eating like pigs!! I dont' know why! I just look at them like"how can you eat THAT much???" I didnt' care about bad eating when I was in on it.......but now, I just get nutty inside when I witness people eating totally wrong and getting heavier and heavier! Help!! El

I do the SAME thing. I think to myself. OMG, how can anyone eat a whole value meal from a fast food place. It's crazy, because before I could eat a value meal and a 1/2!

I am like that too. I have been on my kids and my husband and I am driving them crazy. It makes me sick, I can not believe I was eating like that.

I know how you feel. I forgot who it was that mentioned about the value meal...how true...I get my son and husband their usual, and I used to eat fries on the way home from getting McDs for them (us) before I had surgery, now maybe I might eat one, my stomach does not like fries at all..but I still need that taste of one...some old habits are hard to break...but hey one compared to maybe, what, about 20...BIG difference! I just attended a Birthday party for my Niece this last Sat. Everybody all around me munching on salty/fatty snacks, M&M's, pizza and a 3ft Tubbys Sub. My Brother did get me some baked Lays potato chips. Aside from a few of those all I had was a banana. Man, I would have loved some of that pizza! "Sigh"

Yes, I find myself watching people all the time. Especially certain people that literally make me nauseas watching them stuff food in the face. I just want to say something, but I turn away instead. They know what they are doing to themselves, but it is gross...
