So I havent tried any protein bars yet because my food is supposed to be moist, soft and smushy (actually pureed but that's what works for me) but lately I've slowly but surely been adding more solid food. I now want to try bars as a snack or meal but want to know which one's you guys have been eating and what is your experience with it. Thanks, Marlize

Power Crunch. There is an ad running right below the posting box or on the main page in the middle bottom.

For some reason, protein bars go down better than some soft food for me. I am addicted to South Beach Diet breakfast bars. They are so yummy. I particularly like the cinnamon raisin and maple nut. They have 10g of protein and are only $2.98 a box at Wal-Mart. I eat at least one a day. Perfect snack or meal replacement.

Okay then, I'm going to go buy a box of South Beach bars and Power crunch bars and then do the taste test myself. Thanks!!
