EXTRA PROTEIN!!
Okay I need more ideas to increase my protein intake with powder as the bars I have - I can only handle 1/2 a couple times a week.
so far:
1. I added protein powder to smashed potatoes.
2. I add it to coffee in a blender for Iced cappucino.
3. Blended it with fat free ? cream cheese for a Nacho spread.
4. add egg whites to soups..
Plum out of ideas to increase it... Please feel free to offer more ideas and advice!
Have you tried the South Beach Diet Breakfast bars? They are so yummy, pretty small and 10g of protein per bar. I eat one a day and it's like a candy bar without the dumping. My favorites are cinnamon raisin and maple nut. You can get them at Wal-Mart in the cereal isle for $2.98 a box.
I add my vanilla protein powder to orange juice add ice and blend. it's like a creamcicle.

I got this stuff called Prostat 64 you add it to your crystal light or sf koolaid. Pretty good. Plus it counts towards your water intake Hurray.

I drink Profect - 25 g of protein in 2.75 oz. It comes in several flavors. I prefer the Melon flavor.

I just started using the Profect from Protica. OH MY!! I was struggling so badly to get in my protein and now I have no problems! They are only 2.7 ounces of liquid to drink and 25 grams of protein. I don't really care all that much for the taste but I can get one down in for drinks!!! I am hooked on them. They are worth every penny!!
