What are your accomplishments?????
Andrea-
This is a great idea! Thanks for posting.
I have a long long long list like this that I made prior to surgery as a "wish list". I promise I won't list them all. But I will list some of my top stuff!
Here are some things I have accomplished!
1) I just stopped taking my blood pressure medicine and have normal blood pressure!!!! (actually it's kind of low! LOL!)
2) I am wearing XL tops and clothes I haven't worn in 8 years.
3) I am able to crawl on the floor and easily play with my preschool class and girl scout troop.
4) I have more energy.
5) I don't cringe a bit when my kids say let's walk to the park.
6) I have a waist again!
7) My bras are from the "normal" range of sizes now.
8) I like trying on clothes!
A few of my long "want to accomplish" list:
1) Buy clothes from a normal store. (I am close...but not there!)
2) Comfortably ride a bike again
3) Play tennis again
4) Be able to do a yoga class without dying of embarrasment
5) Climb the rock wall at my YMCA
Good morning ladies
First of all I want to thank you for posting this. I've been in a slump for days now and I need to relive the good things that have come from this surgery and good things to come!!!

2. I go out with my hubby and we BOTH can fit in the chairs or a booth and we go to the movies together again, something I wouldn't do because of embaressment over our weight.
3. Can tie my sneakers in the front instead of on the sides:
4. Can walk all over the place without something to hold on to
5. Got back into a few outfits and old jeans that I knew one day I would get in them
6. Back and knee pain are definitly tollerable now
7. Have alot more self asteem
8. Went back to school and yes I fit behind the desk. Chairs are attached right to the desk

2. Be under the 200lb. mark and weigh 199 or so
3. Get rid of these fat rolls I have
4. Maybe go down on some of my pain meds!!!
5. Have even more energy than I have now
6. Be a size 18 or smaller!!!!! This a big one for me
7. Have a better sex life with hubby. Not that it's too bad now but would like it more often Who wouldn't right??
8. Maybe be able to wear a bathing suit for when we go to the Bahamas in Febuary and look decent in it
9. Take a better picture of myself and do a familt portrait
10. Last but not least, maybe get myself a little make over, like a new color for my hair and some sort of style for it, whiten my teeth and buy myself a whole new wardrobe.
