Ok I would really like honest answers here Please How many of you drink regular coffee? and how much of it do you drink? I drink a cup a day with Carb Countdown Milk They say caffine slows down weight loss but do you think a cup of coffee really can do that? hugs Pam

As of last week, I started drinking 1/2 cup of black coffee in the morning. I don't think that it would stall a weight loss, but, then again, I didn't lose anything this week, either!!! I really miss my coffee, and decaf just doesn't cut it. Darla

I drink coffee (2-3 cups all day long sipping) and have been. My weight loss is doing well. 57lbs 9 weeks. I also drink water. The doc never told me I should not drink it. I also drink sf iced tea. I am energetic after first cup. Was walking till I fell and hurt my knee.

I drink the achiev protein drink coffee--- It has caffeine, but if this the ONLY caffeine I do, I figure I am OK. The rest of the time I stick to decaf.

I probably drink 1 cup a day w/ splenda it is caffinated, But I also find that after I drink this I can actually put something in my pouch w/o hurting if I tried to eat w/o this my pouch hurts so bad so I guess it needs a little warming up, But yea i'm addicted just one cup though... Cheryl

I used to drink gallons of coffee a day before surgery. Right after, I couldn't stand even the thought of it! But now I can, and I drink anywhere from 1-3 cups a day, 3 or 4 days a week. I've never heard of it stalling weight loss, but we're not supposed to drink it because of the acid or something? I'm not sure why. But I do. I use International Delight French Vanilla low carb creamer in it. I'm telling ya, sometimes I need that little boost so bad when I have a ton of stuff to do and no energy. So many things are banned, I'm gonna continue to have my coffee damn it!

You mean no one has tried Starbucks? I have once or twice since surgery I had a lowfat light blended coffee. You know the iced ones. It was yummy but not too sure they say its made w/ Splenda . I need the energy too, geez, how many things can they tell us we can't have. I am glad I am not the only one drinking coffee I feel so much better that I am not alone

I have tried Starbucks, and it is overrated IMO. I'd rather have my homemade made in my RED coffee maker. (It matches my Kitchenaid)

Elizabeth- you can change your date by clicking on your name on a post, then in the upper left click on My Profile, then sign in and go to the middle column, scroll down to "I've got a date" and click on that and fill in your proper date at the very top. I hope this helps.
