Hi Guys. I agree. The one time years ago that I lost a lot of weight I got addicted to the scales and would weigh about 20 times a day. Really, I was addicted. I'd wake up at night just to weigh. I'd weigh before and after I ate, drank, exercised, you get the picture. Finally my husband put the scales in the attic. Later he threw them away because it was driving me crazy! When I had my surgery I knew I couldn't be trusted with scales in my house so I go each Monday night by my drs office since that is their late night, on my way home from work. So, I'm all for weighing once a week...but mine can't be Sunday morning, I'll just have to report what my number is from Monday evening.
