Isn't it great to have a GOOD appt with a doctor? When they took me off one of my BP meds I felt like . What a great success! You are a star! Andrea

Andrea, It is wonderufl to have a good appt with a doctor. I saw my PCP on a Thursday and my surgeon on the following Wednesday. That was two good appointments within a week. Who woulda thunk it possible? Linda

That is so wonderful! Congratulations! It must feel so great to have such a positive experience at the Dr office. I used to absolutely *dread* going because of the scale. You must be on cloud nine! Fabulous! And working out will come. As you feel better and better, you will get into routines. Like you said, this too shall happen. Good job! Sincerely, Lisa (who has her 3 mo check up this Monday)

Hi Marlize, I have still been slacking on the exercising. How are you doing? Today I spent about 1 1/2 hours cleaning out a flower bed. I really neglected when it got hot this summer. The weight and the heat were a bad combo. I am already thinking about next spring. I am trying to decide whether to plant bulbs now, so I will have beautiful flowers again early in the spring. Linda

Hi Linda, I'm doing really good. Sorry I havent replied to your email yet, Thursday and Friday was hectic at work ... N e ways, as long as we dont give up! I was lax last week too cuz I was sick, but I'm going to start up again tomorrow even if its only twice this week. Its going to take a while to get into routine so in the meantime we need to force ourselves. Cleaning the flower bed, now that is a workout in itself. I wish I can do some gardening, but our lease is up in January so I need to decide what to do with the flowers I currently have in my beds. Its also a little overgrown and I need to trim it too. If I could, I would plant some bulbs now for next spring, there is nothing more uplifting than a beautiful new garden!! N e ways, I hope you had a good weekend and again congrats on the great weightloss ... I'm really proud of you!! Marlize
