Hi All! I have posted a few times about how bad I was feeling, looking for your advice, well the closer I get to my 3 month mark, the better I am feeling. I still fight the mornings, feeling kinda yucky, not interested in food, I usually eat one package of weight smart oatmeal and a protein drink. funny, by around 2 pm, I start feeling a lot better and my want for food increases a lot, kinda scares me. I usually spend the rest of the evening eating dinner and a couple of snacks. I have been putting everything on fitday.com and I guess my lack of much food during the day helps to even out the increase in the evening, anybody else do this? I usually stay right around 800 calories a day. I have been a very slow loser, I have still only lost 34 lbs in almost 3 months. I go back to my doctor on the 18th, see what he says then. I think that is somewhere around 2.5 to 3 lb loss a week so I am ok with this, I am hoping by being patient and letting it come off slower, maybe I will get to keep my hair ????? I still am having some bad days with gas and nausa, but not near as often, those of you ahead of me, do you experience any of this, does it go away? Well, just wanted to thank everybody for helping me along the way and I really enjoy watching and reading your post daily, feel like I really am geting to know you and that keeps me from feeling so alone with this. I do have a couple of friends that have had the surgery a year or so ago, but they are so busy, that we just don't have time to get together and compare notes. I hope all is well and I look forward to posting with you daily, just don't anybody laugh when I come in last on the pounds lost for the week! Take care all! Theresa, I'm really glad that you are starting to feel better. I think there will be days that you are on top of the world, and others that you feel you should have just stayed in bed. I dont eat much during the day either, but as it gets later, I start getting hungrier more often. That comes from my pre-op days too when I would be okay during the day, but when I get home I would binge on everything. Of course now I consume maybe 1 cup of food in the evening when before it was 10 cups! N e ways, glad your feeling better and that you are having a steady weightloss although slow ... good luck and hang in there!!! Marlize 318/263/150

Teresa I'm glad you are feeling much better. I too feel the same way in the morning. I don't like to really eat until nightime but that's when I feel ok. My stomach doesn't hurt to much, I have all the energy in the evening. It's weird how I feel. I drag As# in the morning too. I have to drag myself to even get out of bed and really push myself to go to Curves. At least I'm not alone i thought I was a weirdo or somethingLOL Cheri
