Guys I ran upon this recipe today on the net and made it tonite and it is TO DIE FOR.... Stuffed Chicken Breasts 3-4 boneless skinless chicken breasts 4 oz. cream cheese 2/3 C. shredded monterey jack cheese 2 -3 Tbl. chopped green onions 2 tsp. bacon bits. 2 tsp. pepper 2 tsp. paprika Take the chicken breasts and cut a 2" deep slit in them long way on the fat side. Mix up all the other ingredients and make 3-4 balls out of it, depending on how many breasts you have. Chill the cheese mixture in fridge for 20 min and roll it in your hands to make sort of a hot dog shape and poke it down in the slits on the chicken breasts. Salt & Pepper outside of chicken on both sides. Put in a dish with Pam and spray pam on the top. Bake at 425 degrees for about 30-35 minutes till tender. IT WAS FABULOUS and had all the protein of the chicken and the cheese. Sue 273/261/199/150
