Down 75 lbs!

Yes, Can you believe it I am down 75 lbs for ever!! As I wrote a few days ago I have been sick I thought it was an ulcer but the doctors believe it's my gallbladder. I go for an ultrasound tomorrow morning. Wish me luck. I am 3 mo out today and have gone from 291 to 217. I was wearing a size 3x shirt and 28 pants. Now I wear a large shirt and 18/20 pants. I attend Curves with my 11 yr old daughter. I was the biggest loser last month and my daughter was #8 in the top ten. It is amazing for her too. I don't want her to ever have surgery so since mine we measure all of her food for portion control and exercise together! Thank you for the support I receive from this page!

Good for you Rene. I go to Curves too. It's nice that you and your daughter can share this experience and getting her into excersise now is great. I wish I did the same thing with my son. But of course he could'nt go to Curves with me Let us know how you make out at the docs. Cheri
