One new picture of me!!

Hi everyone, There is a new picture of me on my profile. It's not all that good but you can see the weight loss in my face. It took me forever to learn on how to put it there but now I know how,thanks to my son, and now I can do it myself. So I'll be putting alot more of me and my husband on it and when it's finished I'll let you all know!!OK? Anyone know a good excersise that I can help get rid of that turkey neck problem?? Oh by the way I am no longer super obese I'm finally just plain old OBESE Cheri

Aly, Thanks so much ladies for the nice things you all said. I needed to hear something different from the people on here so I can stay determined to do what I have to do. I hate my turkey neck though and believe it or not it's really bothering me. I'm going to ask my trainor is there anything I can do to help me and if there is I'll let everyone know who has one. Hey Cheri, I'm right there with you and the turkey neck. I HATE it. Everytime I look in the mirror THAT's what I see instead of the cheekbones, everyone keeps talking about! Do share if you find any exercises! You look great! Kaitlain

OMG I do the same thing!! I look in the mirror and all I see is the turkey neck and I hate it. I took so many pics cause of that and picked the best one and believe it or not that was the best one. I really don't like that one either. I don't like taken pictures anyway I guess because I really see what I look like. Like I said I don't like that so-called neck!! HELP!!!
