Ok, you all. I am at a loss for good things to eat to increase my protein. Any ideas? Sorry, if I eat one more poached egg or piece of cheese I will lol

cottage cheese, beef jerky, protein shakes, protein powder mixed into sugar free pudding that you make, Jello jigglers made with protein powder (Unjury unflavored) Chicken, beef, pork, deli meats from the deli counter, soups with protein powder added, refried beans with cheese. I bought some Kashi cereal from Trader Joe's that has 10gr protein per serving and it's not bad at all.

To add to Michele's reply, I also eat peanut butter. Drink Carb Countdown milk. I also bought some Stallone Puddings, 20g of protein and 0 carbs and 0 sugars. The choc and vanilla are nasty to me but the banana and lemon are good. Sue 273/261/204/150

Chili is an excellent source of protein. I eat it a lot because I can't handle most solid foods yet. I haven't tried eggs in about a month but last time I did, they didn't go down so well. I also drink two yummy protein shakes a day. Orange Juice, splash of SF strawberry Torani syrup, ice and a scoop of vanilla protein powder. I could drink them 4 times a day they are so good. Good Luck Janice E

I bought some Special K carb control cereal. Pretty good. 10 g of protein. Good luck - I'm in the same slump as you. Running out of good things to eat. UGH Shrimp has almost 50g protein in 1 cup. HUGS Kimberly

I just had Canadian Bacon today for the first time, hardly any fat, no sugar and lots of protein. Just an idea. I added a side of a little cheese and had a protein meal fit for a King I too eat the Stallone Pudding, love it!! I have not tried anything sweet yet so the pudding really satisfies any craving I may have (not that I have them but get the release of the hormones that makes me feel so much more satisfied). Good luck with your meals, Nancy

Hi! For breakfast every morning I make a protein shake with a container of yogurt-strawberry or peach, 1/2 cup of milk, 1 scoop of protein powder, and a few frozen strawberries or peaches-blend it all up & you have about 35g of protein to start the day. Debbie

I have been doing a lot of seafood. Also, if you like edamame (the green soybeans in Japanese restaurants) you can buy them frozen. They make a great snack-- and have tons of protein. Also do peanut butter on crackers, or make mashed potatoes with unflavored yogurt instead of sour cream or milk.

Debbie I love your shake idea, but I wonder how it only comes to 30+ proteins. I buy Amplify from GNC (it's the best!) and just 1 scoop of shake has 20 grams of protein. I don't have any idea how much your yogurt and milk have in them but it just seems like it should be alot more grams of protein per shake.
