Got milk?

I read something the other day that said that calcium helps burn fat, so I thought I'd research it further. By golly, it seems to be true!!! I don't drink milk, never have, but you can bet I am going to up my calcium intake and make sure it stays there. http://my.webmd.com/content/article/23/1728_56703

Isn't there a commercial about 3 servings of milk products a day helps to burn fat faster? Goes something like this.. "One two three now its so ordinary". Or somethng like that, then they show women drinking milk, eating yogurt, etc.... Mandie

I acutually saw a yogurt commercial claim that it increases weight loss (probably from the calcium). I am not a big milk drinker but I have been making my own hot cocoa (with splenda and Scharffenberger unsweetened chocolate****asionally when I am craving something sweet-- Will that help ?

I USED TO LOVE TO DRINK MILK BUT NOW SINCE THE WLS I HAVE A HARD TIME KEEPING IT DOWN AND IT ALSO MAKES MY STOMACH ACHE. IT'S WEIRD. DO YOU THINK IF I DOUBLE MY CALCIUM INTAKE (supplements) THAT WOULD HELP? Cheri
